Returns or Exchanges: You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Neon Sneaker. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Neon Sneaker. Using our returns/exchange platform you can quickly process your return and print your return label. We cover the shipping of the shoes to you, but when sending shoes back the customer is required to pay for shipping. Our platform will generate the label for you and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Neon Sneaker will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 72 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The item(s) have been visibly worn or washed
2. The item(s) have been altered
3. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Clearance or Final Sale item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

Refunds: Upon receiving your return, Neon Sneaker will processes your return within 72 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Sometimes we include free remote controls or app download codes with orders. We do not charge for these and do not promote these in any marketing or documentation on our website. As a result, we do not offer refunds/exchanges because of faulty remote controls or applications.
A restocking fee of 15% per package is applied for all returned packages.
