 I think my shoe has a defective battery.

If only one of your shoes does not light up, please use the above video to switch the battery from the shoe that does light up to the one that doesn't. If that shoe lights up after changing batteries, you can rest assured that it's a battery issue. You can purchase a new battery here: https://neonsneaker.com/products/replacement-battery

If your battery went out within 14 days of you receiving your Neons, please contact us at help@neonsneaker.com and we will get a new battery sent out to you! 

 

  • How do I know if my shoes are charging?

 

After plugging your Neons in, the bottom LED lights will blink red or multiple colors depending on the style you've purchased. Some pairs also have a single red light on the bottom of the shoe that blinks (not pictured) that indicates the shoe is charging.  Charging Shoe

 

  1. What company is used to ship orders?

Orders within the US and Canada are shipped via USPS or DHL  

Orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail. 

European countries excluding the UK are shipped via Post NL.  

Once we ship your order, we’ll email you the tracking number.  Packages can then be tracked at www.usps.com or http://www.royalmail.com or http://www.postnl.post/

 

  1. What form of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and Paypal

 

  1. How can I add a discount on my order?

If you received a discount code from Neon Sneaker the code can be entered on the checkout page. 

 

  1. Which countries do we ship to?

We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, and Canada.  We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

  1. When I will receive my order?

US: All Shipping is FREE on US orders!

CANADA: Your order should be delivered within 6 to 8 business days following order confirmation. Please be aware that shipping time may vary due to Customs.

Europe: Shipping can take between 7 and 10 business days. Please be aware that shipping time may vary due to Customs.

  1. What do you charge for shipping and handling? 

US: Shipping is free!

Canada: subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10

Europe: orders shipping rates will depend on weight and destination, starting at $10 USD.

 

  1. How can I track my package? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com or http://www.dhl.com (US and Canadian orders), http://www.royalmail.com (UK orders) or http://www.postnl.post/ to track your package.  Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is updated.

 

  1. How do I return or exchange an item purchased?

  1. Will I be charged sales tax? 

We are required by law to collect sales or other applicable taxes, based on the order’s shipping address. NeonSneaker follows state guidelines for determining taxes.  The tax amount displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly.

     

   10. Do your shoes run small, big or true to size?

Our sizes fit true to size, so if you wear a size 8, order a size 8.
